Biography

Mr. DP Singh has had over 30 years of experience in Human Resource and Business Management. He is known for being a HR generalist who successfully partners with businesses in growth and its life-cycles, laying the foundations for HR function and processes to enable growth.

His experiences span across employee and labor relations, workforce management, talent acquisition, talent development, succession planning, and organizational development. In addition to this, he is a Human Resource Consultant and learning facilitator. He has successfully worked with cross cultural teams knitting them together to deliver business results.

A learner, mentor, trusted advisor, strong on collaboration, and a responsible team member. Mr. DP Singh is currently the Vice President & HR Head – India and South Asia for IBM.
